THE RIGHT SOLUTION FOR EVERY REQUIREMENT.
Custom-engineered down to the smallest detail.
Every application requires its own solution. The unique conditions and characteristics of your products — such as gloss, surface properties, and geometries — demand a customized selection of the right components. Programming these systems also requires a deep understanding of your specifications and requirements. Here you’ll find an overview of application areas and challenges we have already successfully solved.

WELD SEAMS
From electron beam and laser to TIG and MIG welds — 3D profile scanners and 3D pattern projection technology enable us to carry out reliable quality control of your products down to the finest detail. We inspect all criteria of your specific requirements, from the micron range to larger weld seams.

SOLDERING JOINTS
Wave soldering, hand soldering, or laser soldering — all these processes can be optically inspected using advanced 3D technologies. Based on IPC 610 standards, we evaluate defined criteria such as volume, wetting, enclosure, and meniscus, with each profile covering 10 degrees.

PART HANDLING
Automated control of part handling, even for complex components, can be achieved through image processing within very short cycle times. Depending on requirements, we use both 2D and 3D vision systems to position axes and robots with maximum precision.

CONFORMITY
Virtually every product must meet certain requirements for quality and design. Our inspections cover everything from character recognition and logo verification to checking the correct shape and positioning of features.
-
Color coding, positioning, expression, overloading, breakouts, presence, text recognition (including assessment of text quality)
-
Checking the accuracy and quality of 1D/2D codes

MEASURING TECHNOLOGY
Measuring components usually follows clearly defined requirements specified in technical drawings. Our inspection concepts can be applied in both 2D and 3D. With resolutions of up to 64 MPX and telecentric optics, we reliably meet even the most stringent inline measurement requirements.
