CAL 25 P1 Calibration Plate Glass
The CAL 25 P1 calibration plate has been specifically designed to perform precise resolution tests on 2D cameras and to ensure a stable, reliable inspection process.
With this calibration plate, potential issues such as contamination of the camera or lens, as well as misaligned focal planes, can be detected immediately.
Its soda-lime glass substrate provides excellent thermal stability. The pattern is applied to the rear side of the glass and features a white background, enabling optimal image acquisition in both reflected-light and transmitted-light modes.
The plate offers a wide range of patterns, including:
- A Siemens star with 75 line pairs
- Vertical resolution test patterns ranging from 30 µm to 120 µm
- Horizontal resolution test patterns ranging from 30 µm to 120 µm
- A checkerboard pattern with a size of 1 × 1 mm
- QR codes with cell sizes from 20 µm to 160 µm
These high-precision patterns allow for an accurate evaluation of 2D camera performance and support the optimization of image quality.
As such, the CAL 25 P1 calibration plate is an essential tool for the machine vision and quality inspection industry.
